Why is law and order in the Pashtun area so bad that even in broad daylight unidentified assailants are murdering locals and yet the perpetrators are never caught?

Actually, the army is behind all these killings and kidnappings that take place in the area of FATA and KPK.

It sounds very strange to hear but apart from protecting the people of Pakistan, the army of Pakistan does all the work which it should not.

Army here does business of salt, apparels, opium and even trading their own country.

There are pearls, marbles and many other abundant resources in the FATA and KPK region.

If the law and order will be fine here, then there will be no need for so many check posts in Waziristan and if the check post is removed from here then it will be difficult to take our precious resources without royalty that is why the army does not allow to maintain law and order here.

Otherwise you tell me how could someone run away after committing heinous crimes like murder even after 10 check posts within 1 Km.
